Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development: Drive sales of our photovoltaic inverters, home energy storage systems, and microinverters in the German-speaking area of Norwood. Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
2. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify sales opportunities and develop strategic plans that leverage market trends and customer insights. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments to inform and enhance sales plans.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers in Norwood. Provide tailored solutions to meet their unique needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Team Leadership and Training: Supervise and coach a team of in-country sales professionals in Norwood to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute to the company's success.
5. Sales System Construction: Establish and optimize the sales structure in Norwood to support efficient and stable sales.
6. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Regularly report sales progress and market insights to senior management.
