    Are you a dynamic leader in sales seeking a new challenge to introduce renowned brands to the market? We present a thrilling opportunity for a Sales Manager specialized in new account management within our sales unit. In this capacity, your primary responsibility will involve identifying and bringing aboard new accounts to enhance the distribution of Hasbro's Boys Action, Games, Preschool, and Fashion Brand portfolios. As the New Business Development Manager, your role will entail devising and executing business strategies grounded in data and consumer insights to meet both internal and external targets. You will collaborate closely with different cross-functional teams to execute your plan and broaden Hasbro's market presence.

    Experience a Day In The Life:

    • Spotting Opportunities: Conduct market research to unearth new account prospects for Hasbro. Utilize various sources like Kantar and Circana industry data for research, evaluate opportunities, and present findings within the organization.
    • Building Relationships: Forge connections with potential key accounts, nurture strong customer relationships, share insights regularly, and leverage data to drive sales. Understand the needs of each account, striving for mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Mastering Brand Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Hasbro brands, consumer demographics, and product lines. Develop resources to educate accounts about Hasbro brands and craft tailored strategies for each account/channel to drive sales, such as product assortments, marketing programs, etc.
    • Collaborating Across Functions: Lead negotiations for policy and necessary account agreements during the onboarding process. Collaborate with marketing, account support, logistics, finance, planning, and legal teams to ensure seamless and efficient completion of milestones for revenue realization. Advocate for customer needs internally.
    • Forecasting & Data Analysis: Be accountable for meeting or exceeding sales targets. Utilize data to forecast sales accurately and communicate any deviations from the plan promptly.

    What You'll Bring to the Team:
    • BA/BS degree required
    • Over 5 years of relevant experience
    • Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying and leveraging emerging opportunities
    • Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments
    • Solutions-focused approach with a talent for creative and effective problem-solving
    • Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets
    • Thorough understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
    • Strong skills in time management, prioritization, planning, analysis, and organization
    • Capability to lead cross-functional teams
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PC skills
    Travel required up to 30%.
