Since 2012, the team at ABC Workspaces has been offering fully furnished offices and conference rooms, as well as various office services, centrally located in major German cities. In Hamburg, we have five locations, two in Berlin, and one each in Frankfurt, Cologne, and Leipzig. In our hometown of Hamburg, we are currently looking for a new addition to our team:

Sales Manager (m/f/d).

Together with our dedicated and friendly team, you will create spaces that make work easier, more enjoyable, and more productive for our guests. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in the day-to-day business and contribute to the company. We are known for our experience and transparent offers - even when it comes to jobs.

Your tasks:

  • You are the first point of contact for our guests and potential customers.
  • You independently sell our office services (with support from the entire team) and rent out our offices.
  • You make suitable offers to our customers and visit our offices and conference rooms with them.
  • You follow up, negotiate contracts skillfully, and personally close deals with our customers.
  • If necessary, you support the reception with all tasks that arise during the day.
  • You create sales reports for management.
