Your mission:

As a Sales Manager, your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:


  • Strategic Business Development: Proactively acquire new customers and nurture long-term business relationships.

Sales Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to both the company's growth and your personal income.

Client-Centric Solutions: Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to precisely meet their requirements.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost sales within your designated area.

Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate on the development of marketing strategies and sales promotion measures.

Negotiation Skills: Lead contract and price negotiations with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our technical team to ensure the smooth implementation of solutions.

Performance Reporting: Provide regular, insightful reports on sales activities and performance.


Your profile:


  • Proven experience in sales or business development in the area of AV services.
  • An excellent technical understanding and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Having prior experience in the field of medical conferences will facilitate the task at hand
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events
  • Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisionmaking processes
