IT Business Partner Analyst V

Job Description

Define high-level project scope, including epics, features, and capabilities.
Ensure understanding and support for design decisions, addressing gaps in requirements.
Identify system integration points impacting project resources.
Create and maintain technical project artifacts, including flow charts, architecture diagrams, requirements, and testing plans.
Lead option analysis and decision-making discussions.
Proactively identify and address technical project risks.
Stay updated on technology and industry trends, communicating their impact on the technology roadmap.
Partner with Product Manager for deep dive requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment.
Proficient in translating stakeholder requests into enterprise technical requirements.
Develop business cases and drive IT governance processes.

Skills

Collaborate with CX & UX Designer on customer-facing technology.
Ability to navigate a matrixed structure and build relationships.
Mentor team members on communication, project management methodologies, and the software development lifecycle.
Assist developers with questions and clarify requirements.
Provide post-project go-live mentorship and support to the broader team.
Enterprise Systems Operations Support
Investigate complex production issues and determine resolution steps.
Proactively identify technology infrastructure needs for system stability.

Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field.
Experience in and/or SAP and/or similar service-focused software.
Strong experience in business process mapping.
Experience in FICA, BRIM, and working with both Agile and traditional waterfall project management teams.
Experience in a service and/or sales organization, and within a medical device or regulated industry, is a plus.
