- Manage day-to-day office operations such as maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Greet visitors, handle phone calls, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Take calls, acting as the first point of contact for related customer needs.
- Prepare memos, letters, and other correspondence.
- Coordinate product order launches between Sales, Supply Chain, and Production departments.
- Initiate cold calls to prospective clients and manage lead generation.
- Provide support in CRM management, report generation, and sales strategies.
- Utilize sales data for trend identification and setting quotas.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Cross-functional collaboration to improve processes and workflow.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Training preparation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in either office administration or sales operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
