*for an Administrative Support Specialist/Receptionist**for its new Day Academy

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping children with special needs learn. This position will administratively support our new Day Academy in Homestead, PA.

*Location:

Homestead, PA

Devereux/TCV Community Services in Homestead, PA provides programs and services for children with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and dual diagnoses.

As an *Administrative Support Specialist*, every day you will....

Participate as a team member and collaborate with the school staff and families to provide administrative support and receptionist duties.
Communicate with school leadership, team colleagues, students and outside stakeholders to provide information on the school.
Manage schedules for school leadership.
Collect student specific information and maintain records.
Maintain and provide student data to appropriate parties as requested.

*\**Prospective employee hired for this position will receive a $2,500 sign on bonus. The employee will receive the first third of the bonus after the successful completion of three (3) months of employment, the second third of the bonus will be awarded after the successful completion of six (6) months of employment, and the final third will be awarded after achieving a "satisfactory" rating or higher on the annual performance evaluation.

*Qualifications: · High School Diploma or GED (Administrative Training Certificate preferred).

One (1) to two (2) years of previous experience in a school setting required.
Pre-employment physical, TB and Drug Screening, required.
State criminal and child abuse clearance, and FBI fingerprints, required.
