Single Point of Contact:
First point of contact for users regarding all IT matters- User training and support within the scope of

First Level Support
Troubleshooting: Error analysis and troubleshooting
User administration: Creation, password assignment, deletion

You should bring the following skills:

  • Completed IT education (e.g. as IT specialist, system electronics technician, IT management assistant, system management assistant (m/f/d)) or comparable professional experience
  • Excellent knowledge of

  • Good knowledge of

  • Excellent communication skills, high service orientation and enjoyment of IT support
  • A valid driver's license (class B) is desirable
