For our
Regional Sales Office in Owenton, KY, we are currently seeking a
Sales Assistant
(m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.


As the central point of contact for our Sales department, you will not only represent the Arena Hospitality Group, but also our hotels in Berlin, Cologne, Nuremberg, and Budapest.

You will be the main contact person at the Sales office for all external inquiries from our clients in the tourism, MICE, and event management industries, as well as internal inquiries from our colleagues in other departments at the Regional Office Germany and the directors and department heads of our hotels in Germany.

Your responsibilities:


  • You will support the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing Germany & Hungary, based in Berlin
  • You will support the Regional Sales Managers at our locations in Cologne and Nuremberg
  • You will take on reactive responsibilities in field sales, such as conducting property tours, but primarily handle general customer correspondence in the B2B and B2C sectors
  • You will support pre and aftersales in processing event bookings and corporate special rates in the travel sector
  • You will maintain our hotels' listings on industrystandard online portals for events and all relevant MICE segments
  • You will be responsible for the administrative and organizational tasks of the Sales office
