    Job Title:
    Nova Support Engineer

    Location:
    Atlanta, GA (Day 1 onsite)


    Duration:
    Fulltime

    Job Description:


    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing NOVATime SaaS app.
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to NOVATime application and interfaces.
    • Perform routine monitoring and troubleshooting of processes to identify and address potential issues proactively.
    • Document support processes, issues, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices, trends, and advancements in NOVATime SaaS product.

    Qualifications:


    • Support Experience
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
    • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in a production environment
