    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop engaging training programs to meet our employees' development needs.
    • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
    • Coordinate, plan, and track training for organization.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure their effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with experts and department heads to keep training content current and relevant.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree and/or 3 years of experience in the training and development area
    • Understanding and knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and training methodologies
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt to various learning styles.
    • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
