For a client in Schleswig-Holstein, we are currently seeking an attending physician (m/f/d) for trauma surgery and orthopedics.

The primary care provider has approximately 100 beds. The surgery department occupies one third of the beds and covers almost all major areas of surgery. Approximately 1400 inpatients and 9000 outpatients are treated annually. The orthopedists at the clinic specialize in the treatment of complaints and diseases in the areas of shoulder, knee joint, hip, ankle, and spine. An interdisciplinary admission center is available 24 hours a day for emergencies.

The city where the clinic is located has an excellent location in one of the most beautiful regions of Schleswig-Holstein. You can find a balance to your workday in the various leisure activities offered in the region, such as a scenic natural landscape and an exciting cultural program.

Your responsibilities - challenging and diverse

  • Caring for, examining, and treating patients
  • Support in the large D-Doctor outpatient clinic
  • Coordination and conduct of daily rounds
  • Performing complex surgeries of all levels of difficulty
  • Professional development of resident physicians in your area
  • Participation in surgical on-call duty
