    Job Title: Mechanical Construction Sales Specialist

    Overview: This position is ideal for a professional with experience in the commercial mechanical construction industry, particularly in HVAC services. The role demands a combination of sales acumen and technical expertise, with a focus on developing and maintaining client relationships, project management, and driving sales growth.

    Responsibilities:

    Engage in sales activities, including solicitation and bid preparation.

    Foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

    Regularly communicate with clients to maintain and strengthen connections, with an emphasis on key accounts.

    Oversee job costing, including securing material costs and compiling final project prices.

    Generate contracts and proposals, incorporating both creative and practical elements.

    Manage contract costs to meet or exceed profit objectives.

    Establish and maintain documentation for effective project tracking.

    Emphasize timeliness and accuracy in all aspects of the role.

    Learn and use company-specific software for daily operations.

    Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

    Requirements:

    Bachelors in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.

    5+ years of commercial HVAC service/project sales experience.

    Local and stable work history.
