· Experienced. At least 1-2 years of professional experience. Prior agency experience is preferred but not required.

You can research, develop, and create partnership opportunities and advocate on behalf AGS clients with brands to make sure you're executing the best possible strategic partnership in the areas of paid partnership and corporate sponsorship campaigns.
· A people person. You're excited to build new relationships, and you're comfortable, friendly, and direct in your communications with lots of different types of people.
· Passionate about social media. You're going to be spending a lot of time researching, identifying, and prospecting quality leads for AGS clients – yes, that's your job – so it helps if you're someone who is already specialized in lead generation. This will be a good indicator if you are financially successful in this role.
· Energetic and enthusiastic. You're excited to be a part of a remote, fast-growing, fast-changing, industry-defining environment. You have a strong entrepreneurial drive and you're not afraid of a little ambiguity. Even when the answer may not be clear, you feel confident asking questions and making decisions with the best interest of the company, and the client, in mind.
What You Will Be Doing
The Strategic Partnership Specialist (SPS) is at the core of our managed services team. This role works closely with clients around the world to partner, negotiate, contract, and manage strategic partnerships in the areas of paid partnerships and corporate sponsorships strategies and campaigns. You'll take the time to understand the brands needs and then hand-pick the very clients, big and small, to participate in the strategic partnership. You'll work closely with the brand management team to make sure every step of a strategic partnership is executed smoothly, and that each client has all they need to succeed.
Some of the Things You'll Be Responsible For:
· Hand-selecting the very best corporate partners for each client after taking time to clearly understand the client's vision.
· Recruiting corporate partners from around the world join the AGS agency community and participate in client strategic partnerships.
· Negotiating with and contracting strategic partnerships for clients.
· Building and investing in long-term relationships with corporate partners, marketing, advertising, and influencer management agencies.
· Working closely with the brand management team.
What Makes You a Great Fit for This Role (Requirements)
· Strong knowledge and experience with quality lead generation
· Background experience in marketing concepts and campaigns.
· Experienced with Microsoft suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Successful background developing and growing long-term business partnerships; ability to deal with multiple issues, growing trust and solving problems.
