    Job Title: Diversity & Training Program Manager

    Class Code: 5346

    Salary: $0.00 Annually

    Job Description:

    • Direct, manage, supervise, and coordinate the City's EEO and diversity action programs
    • Oversee ADA programs and minimize EEOC/NERC complaints through affirmative action outreach
    • Develop and administer the employee training and development program
    • Plan special events to celebrate workplace diversity and promote cultural awareness
    • Administer MBE and WBE processes and establish liaisons with minority businesses
    • Investigate discrimination complaints and administer the employee assistance program

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of EEO programs, affirmative action, program development, and minority-owned businesses
    • Ability to oversee comprehensive EEO programs, develop affirmative action plans, and prepare budgets
    • Skills in analyzing problems, handling conflicts, and coordinating projects

    Education/Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, human resources, or related field
    • Five years of experience in administering EEO programs

    Additional Information:

    The role involves working primarily in a standard office setting with occasional physical demands.
