• Oversee all operations of the inpatient and outpatient Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) departments. 
• Manage staffing demands to adequately handle patient caseload. 
• Complete staff annual performance reviews in a timely manner, and counsel employees in all areas of opportunity and growth, including corrective action processes.
• Provide resources for up-to-date practice standards for all disciplines. 
• Recruit, interview and hire for all staffing positions, while maintaining productivity and patient care needs. 
• Manage all financial aspects of the rehabilitation therapy business including billing reconciling, purchasing of routine and special-order supplies, managing capital purchase needs, and collecting and analyzing department productivity statistics.
• Ensure correct and timely billing, coding, and documentation for positive reimbursement of services.  
• Manage Customer Service Recovery needs, investigate grievances, and collaborate with the appropriate departments for conflict resolution.     
• Organize educational and community events to promote the rehabilitation therapy services and Saint Mary’s as an organization. 
• Ensure ongoing employee engagement and recognition programs.         
• Actively participate in hospital committees including but not limited to, Falls Committee, Infection Prevention Committee, Quality Utilization Management (QUM), (Recognizing Individual Superior Efforts (RISE) Committee, Policy Committee, Stroke Committee, Cancer Committee, and National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) Leadership. 
• Fulfill role of Administrator on Duty (AOD) for assigned weeks.
