Lorraine Bryce

Communication Studies degree from MSUM with an emphasis in event planning.  I have 38 years of customer service experience including food service, retail, ministry and currently in healthcare.  I enjoy learning from others and helping others succeed.  A few of my biggest successes include:

• While serving as a Ministry assistant- taking an outreach idea from a magazine article to build a successful outreach event for our church to sponsor, this includes making contacts to find a host location, developing the timeline, budget, training, promotion leading up to the execution of a successful event that has sense been reproduced with greater success each time. 
• Training 5-6 new employees at Chart Management and developing Tip sheets for them and future employees.   
•  Being a department manager within a supermarket opened many opportunities to grow, learn new skills such as understanding profit and loss statements, budgets, pricing, training employees, planning for holiday inventory and sales. 

Over 2 decades of customer service including Floral design and ministry experience creating, coordinating and implementing 6-10 events per year.
