- Collaborate with Channel Partners (Dealers, Resellers) to prioritize regular engagement with Top 100 end-users in the territory
- Conduct in-person or virtual meetings with customers as necessary to drive business
- Hold Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers
- Forge robust vertical and horizontal customer relationships to maintain and expand Brother's product and service portfolio
- Represent Brother at key industry events such as customer trade shows, technology seminars, and industry association meetings
- Convey end customer requirements, workflows, and applications to Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Development, and Sales Operations teams to tailor specific solutions and enhance Brother's partnership value
- Formulate annual and quarterly market and customer business plans/strategies for the territory, leveraging specific KPI objectives and reporting metrics that bolster sales quota achievement rates
- Proactively identify customer service needs and pain points, aligning them with a suitable mix of Brother's printing, scanning, and labeling solutions
- Serve as the primary liaison to end customers for internal and external cross-functional sales teams (Distribution, Dealers, Resellers) in the territory to uphold a unified sales approach
- Maintain weekly and monthly call reports utilizing Salesforce
- Manage and maintain an updated calendar scheduled a minimum of 60 days in advance
- Analyze territory sales data across corporate sales verticals to discern customer sales trends (upward/downward) and devise targeted sales enhancement measures with specific timelines
- Provide timely and accurate product sales pipeline forecasts for all end customers within the assigned territory
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is mandatory
- Minimum 7 years of experience encompassing sales management within a specific region
- Experience in managing Medium to Large end-user accounts, ideally with in-depth knowledge of industry operations
- At least 2 years of experience engaging with stakeholders and marketing product portfolios to the Corporate/Enterprise/Retail domain
- Profound understanding of computer peripherals (e.g. Printer/Fax/MFC products & solutions)
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, with a preference for Salesforce
- Knowledge of office automation products like Digital copiers and network applications
- Proven capability to collaborate efficiently with both internal and external teams, fostering positive client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to identify and address customer concerns, solving problems effectively
- The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 annually
- The starting salary is determined based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data
- This position is eligible for participation in relevant Brother variable pay incentive plans. Any bonus allocations are discretionary and contingent upon meeting individual and corporate objectives

The Manager, Major Account Sales, Corporate is responsible for devising comprehensive business and customer development strategies that drive toward meeting annual quota targets within the Corporate, Enterprise, and Retail sectors. The primary focus of this role is on engaging in continuous prospecting to acquire new customers while also nurturing and expanding existing Brother business by delivering value-added solutions and superior customer service, hallmarks of Brother's industry reputation.
This field-based role can be situated anywhere within the designated geographic territory, with an expected travel commitment of up to 75%, inclusive of in-person client engagements, industry events, trade shows, and occasional weekend/holiday exigencies.
