- Reports to FTS Recruiting Manager.
- Recruit on behalf of FTS clients to fill their open positions across the gulf south region.
- Work with multiple sales leaders to complete open requirements nationwide.
- Create tailored marketing and advertising strategies to attract the best candidates.
- Represent and market candidates to clients.
- Perform a high volume of phone calls each day.
- Deliver an amazing candidate experience by interviewing candidates and providing coaching.
- Proactively contact candidates to keep them engaged, informed, and organized.
- Complete necessary process documentation.
- Coordinating & scheduling client interviews.
- Extending offers to candidates.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, even after placement.
- Other duties as assigned.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience in the staffing industry and to be an effective team member.
- We would consider entry-level applicants with a strong undergraduate and community involvement history.
- This candidate should be eager to hit the ground running and use every opportunity as a learning experience.
- Strong communication and work ethic are mandatory.
- HR or Business-related degree OR 3+ years of agency recruiting experience preferred.
- Strong sense of customer service

- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work in our corporate office daily
- Ability to undergo pre-employment background/drug screening in accordance with local law and regulation
