- Schedule internal training classes (4-5 classes/week)
- Handle logistical communications with course facilitators and participants
- Handle course configuration and reporting in Learning Management System
- Provide tech support for live Zoom classes
- Handle calendaring for VP of L&D
- Update and refresh training PowerPoints
- Administer learner surveys and track response data
- Maintain partner-facing L&D dashboard and employee-facing dashboard
- Manage live class attendance & reporting
- Video editing for live course recordings
- Serve as a LinkedIn Learning admin - add new users, pull reports, etc.
- Provide logistical support for in-person events
- Onboarding
- HR team meetings (2x year)
- This is a hybrid role, required in-office presence two days per week, with additional in-office days as needed
- 2-3 years of experience working in Learning and Development coordination, or a similar role

Key Responsibilities
As an L&D Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in the heart of our Learning and Development operations. Your responsibilities will extend beyond administrative tasks; you will be the linchpin that ensures the smooth execution of training sessions, meticulously tracks employee participation, and provides insightful reports on learner progress and experiences. You'll learn all about how an L&D function operates and will help the team achieve our training goals. Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000
Exact salary varies within salary range based on years of relevant experience and education.
