    Description
    Find career growth and fulfillment at a commercial-stage molecular diagnostic company San Diego, CA. Be responsible for answering phones, patient support/services, and administrative tasks. This position works closely with the sales team, client services, and their onsite lab. Looking for candidates who are comfortable in a professional setting, self-motivated, organized, and takes initiave with excellent verbal and written communication skills.     Responsibilities

    Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
    - Coordinates the overall interdisciplinary plan of care for a patient, from admission to discharge.
    - Acts as a liaison between patient and or family and healthcare personnel to ensure necessary care is provided promptly and effectively.
    - Typically requires certification or licensure in a specialty area with 2-4 years of related experience, but is not a registered nurse.
    - Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    - Performs a variety of tasks.
    - A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a head of a department and or unit.
