• Successfully finishes assigned department/corporate training sessions promptly and demonstrates the capacity to recall information effectively.
Communication –
• Capable of conveying and receiving information in a professional and courteous manner.
• Can ulize cognive empathy when speaking with paents, offices, and other departments.
• Must capture comprehensive notes and call summaries, ensuring that any agent can seamlessly take over and assist the paent.
