JOB SUMMARY:
The Program Manager/Director of Mental Health Services is responsible for the overall administration of the Mental Health Program.

The Program Manager/Director ensures that the LMHC/Head of Service provides intensive treatment, including individual, family, group therapy, substance abuse treatment, rehabilitative support, case management and medication support services to at risk youth and families.


REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


Education:


  • Masters degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy, or doctorate in psychology required.
  • Licensure as either Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Social Worker, or Clinical Psychologist in active status with State of California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
  • Must have at least two years post licensure experience, including the state required clinical supervision trainings.

Experience:


  • 57 years experience in mental health programs, preferably with children.
  • Management/administrative/supervisory experience preferred.

License or Certification:


  • California Licensure as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or psychologist
