    The ViClarity team is seeking a Business Development Manager to play a key role in selling our products and services. This individual will seek out new relationships and develop those relationships largely in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, goal oriented and thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. As a Business Development Manager you will be exposed to valuable insights and experience early on in your career, including direct interaction and communication with C-Level Executives.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Drive sales activities to meet KPI's in a manner that increases brand awareness, product presence and revenue generation.
    • Manage entire sales relationship including prospecting, lead qualification, demo, proposal development, close and hand-off to implementation.
    • Understand and provide consultation and demo ViClarity software solutions including, but not limited to compliance, risk management, audit and vendor management solutions.
    • Using a consultative sales approach discover customers' needs and offer solutions to them through the company's services or products.
    • Engage with marketing and implementation teams to enhance engagement with customers and prospects in new business opportunities.
    • Use Salesforce and HubSpot CRMs, as well as online prospecting tools to facilitate lead generation and opportunity management.
    • Tech savvy, keeping abreast of new technologies, solutions, and programs in the industry.
    • Ensures client expectations are exceeded throughout the sales process.

    Who You Are

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience with software sales preferred.
    • Self-motivated, high energy and a positive outlook.
    • Prior experience working in a start-up and entrepreneurial environment.
    • Strong communication, teamwork/collaboration, and presentation skills.
    • Strong technical acumen and interest in becoming an expert in our products and solutions
    • Ability to be detail-oriented and adaptable to changing business priorities.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot CRM a plus.
    • Must have a positive, energizing personality and be comfortable doing software demos.
    • Strong interpersonal skills: The ability to influence, motivate, build relationships, and collaborate with others.
    • Travel is required.
