- Utilize networking and prospecting skills to generate leads and identify strategic solution-based sales opportunities. Develop and manage high-value relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to other team members on enterprise accounts and participate in providing input on sales and marketing collateral.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals, sustain revenue growth, and provide recommendations to enhance account growth and revenue potential.
- Prepare and execute strategic account plans, status reports, sales and revenue forecasting, and quota attainment.
- Be an expert on Tencent's cloud offerings, working to understand customers' needs and providing service solutions.
- Develop strategic plans based on industry trends and customer analysis.
- Be accountable and instrumental in increasing high-profile cloud platform contracts.
- Work closely with the Solutions Engineer team to deliver and ensure that customers gain high value from their investments. Manage the sales life-cycle for all accounts.
- Familiar with machine vision inspection technology and its major applications. Experience in deep learning defect inspection is a big plus.
- Familiar with automation equipment manufacturing, with a relationship with top equipment manufacturers or system integrators for further collaboration.
- Experience in multinational project management, working with and within a multinational company.
- Experience in negotiating with large strategic accounts (Fortune 500 companies) and projects.
- Ability to build high-level relationships with key stakeholders or C-level executives in large customers.
- Familiar with cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation in the manufacturing industry.
- Be an expert on cloud offerings, working to understand customers' needs and providing service solutions, especially for the consumer electronics and automobile industries.
- Proven sales record, self-driven, hands-on attitude, and willingness to learn new trends and technologies in the assigned industries.

Responsibilities:Tencent Cloud is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sales Manager based in the SF Bay Area or Los Angeles. This individual will generate and manage Tencent Cloud's largest and most strategic accounts. This individual will establish sales priorities and action plans through a strategic approach, deliver and exceed sales goals, and develop high-value relationships with key stakeholders. They will also be responsible for negotiating and managing large contracts. This individual will help lead Cloud revenue growth in North America and work on acquiring new large strategic accounts (Fortune 500) to help businesses migrate their critical systems to the cloud.
California
The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $105,560 to $193,360 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
