- Supervising KGHs senior clinicians (senior level BCBAs, OTs, SLPs, and Mental Health professionals)
- Providing leadership across the clinic
- Ensuring satisfaction, quality, and operational metrics of the clinic are achieved
- Building and maintaining relationships with referring providers and members of the community
- Managing client intake process from initial lead to benefits check for your clinic
- Overseeing clinical staff recruitment, including interviewing master level clinicians and others as needed
- Monitoring and overseeing clinical quality metrics
- Supporting supervisors in addressing client and staff issues and complaints
- Minimum of a Masters level licensed/certified clinician, in good standing
- At least 5 years of experience working with individuals with autism in a clinical setting
- At least 3 years of experience supervising others
- Certified in Professional Crisis Management (PCM)
- Certified in First Aid and CPR training
- At least 2 years of multidisciplinary supervision experience
- Experience working with management/leadership team
