• Work closely with CEO and program staff on execution of events.
• Assist in strategic planning for board and committee work.
• Create new community opportunities for disability inclusion.
• Articulate our vision through social media.

• Bachelor's degree in business, communication, education, or related fields or in the pursuit of a Master's Degree preferred
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Availability to commit 3240 hours per week (including some evenings and occasional weekend hours)
• Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Creative and open to exploring new ideas.
• Tech-Savvy with proficiency in CRM software
• Proven experience in public speaking, business development, and public relations

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
• Manage daytoday operations of the center
• Lead and supervise staff, volunteers, and interns
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, donors, and community partners
• Oversee budgeting, financial management, and fundraising activities
• Implement marketing and outreach initiatives to promote the center's programs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
