    We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our practice, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our patients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist patients with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter the clinic.
    • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Maintain organized patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Handle billing and insurance-related tasks, collaborating with the administrative team.
    • Coordinate with chiropractors and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a welcoming and approachable attitude.
    • Excellent organizational abilities to manage appointments, records, and administrative tasks.
    • Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
    • Previous experience in a healthcare or receptionist role is preferred.
    • Familiarity with basic billing and insurance procedures is a plus.
    • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proficient in basic computer skills and experience with office software.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to specific chiropractic office procedures.
