    Description
    Sono Bello is an industry leader in cosmetic surgery, with the largest group of practicing board-certified doctors and the most locations nationwide. We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our successful and rapidly growing company at our beautiful headquarters at Carillon Point in Kirkland Washington. After completing your first 90 days, you will enjoy a flexible work arrangement with four days a week in the office.

    As an IT Support Specialist at Sono Bello, you will be an integral part of the Technology Team, using your knowledge, tools, and teamwork to triage and resolve all technology issues. You will have the freedom and flexibility to work with new technologies, best practices, and infrastructure to provide world-class hardware, software, and network support.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Provide Outstanding Support: Lead tech support efforts, solving problems for remote offices, home team members, and our corporate locations.
    • Troubleshoot and Resolve: Investigate and diagnose technical problems, finding innovative solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
    • Maintain Hardware and Software: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software applications, and peripherals.
    • User Training: Educate and guide team members in using technology and software tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
    • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and hardware/software inventory.
    • Security Compliance: Assist in ensuring IT security policies and procedures are followed to protect sensitive data and maintain regulatory compliance.
    • On-Call Support: Be available for on-call support outside of regular business hours to address urgent technical issues.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • A bachelors degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
    • 1-2 years of proven experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance.
    • 1-2 years hands-on experience with Active Directory and O365
    • Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
    • Familiarity with hardware components, networking, and software applications.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A strong customer service orientation.
    • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
    • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
    WORK ENVIRONMENT:
    The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate as compared to a private office with light traffic and computer printers. This role is to be onsite 4-5 days a week at our Headquarters in Kirkland, WA.
