    Description

    Our client is a commercial real estate organization. They are on the hunt for a Property Operations Manager. If you are looking for an organization with great people, good culture, and growth opportunities, then this is the position for you

    Salary/Hourly Rate:

    $120k – $150k plus Bonus

    Position Overview:

    The Property Operations Manager will work on strategy and operations of the assigned portfolio.

    Responsibilities of the Property Operations Manager:

    • Maintain positive tenant relations.
    • Maintain vendor partnerships.
    • Create and update annual budgets and staffing plans.
    • Conduct any hiring for the team.
    • Monitor occupancy, leasing rates, and financial variances.
    • Attend and conduct required meetings, including budget discussions and financial statement reviews.

    Qualifications for the Property Operations Manager:

    • 5 – 10+ years of related commercial property management experience.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.

    Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
