Compensation:

$50,000 - $55,000 yearly


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily operations of the front office including checkins, checkouts, and guest inquiries.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of guest service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Train and supervise front desk staff to provide excellent customer service and handle any guest issues effectively.
  • Manage room inventory, reservations, and billing processes to optimize revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and improve overall guest experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in hotel front office operations
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management software systems
  • US Work Authorization,
