Our restaurants are modern neighborhood Taverns with a focus on elevated comfort food and American cuisine along with our new Mexican concept that exude a vibrant, fun and energetic Mexican taqueria atmosphere, reminiscent of the lively streets and markets of Mexico.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize culinary operations and enhance guest experience.
- Oversee menu development, ensuring innovation, quality, and consistency across all outlets.
- Help manage food purchasing, inventory, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Lead and mentor culinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as our FOH Operations Team, to achieve business objectives.
- Evaluate performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience (5+ years) in culinary management, preferably in a multiunit or highvolume environment.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of diverse cuisines, cooking techniques, and culinary trends.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of building and motivating highperforming teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
- Proficiency in culinary software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training.
