Imagine a future where you're responsible for developing and delivering the Operations business planJoin us in this role where you'll be responsible for planning and delivering the business plan for Operations. You'll be responsible for executing the business plan across Operations.
In addition, you'll drive various workstreams to develop and coordinate plans to execute within each phase and ensure each workstream has a schedule with clear milestones.

You'll be part of our regional Operations team where you, together with your colleagues, will manage our business plan for our operational assets, incl.
offshore and onshore for the Americas region. In collaboration with your colleagues throughout the region, you'll ensure focus on our plan as you manage.As a team, we invest significantly in employee development, and from the moment you join us, we'll support your personal and professional growth.
You'll play an important role in:
- managing delivery of business plan across one Operations
- successfully implementing business plan deliverables
- developing and planning various workstreams, using best practices and creating specific initiatives
- regularly updating business plan roadmap.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have experience developing project concepts, scope, and milestones
- have relevant project management experience, and a bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, engineering, or an equivalent field
- have a solid understanding of business case fundamentals
- have a solid understanding of operational and project environments.
