req101788 Affiliate Marketing Manager Affiliate Marketing Manager The Affiliate Marketing Manager will proactively build and manage the Affiliate Marketing Program for Consumer Initiated Testing, which is a key growth-driver at Quest Diagnostics This person will assist in setting up a new Affiliate platform, identify and recruit new Affiliates, manage Affiliate relationships, monitor Affiliate channel activity, and generally proactively own the responsibilities for the Affiliate Marketing Program The position reports into the Director of Performance Marketing and sits within Consumer Initiated Testing team, which is a key growth driver for Quest Diagnostics Collaborate cross-functionally to successfully develop and execute on new Affiliate opportunities that drive customer acquisition To be successful in this role, you will: Identify and recruit new key Affiliates and develop an execution strategy to capitalize on the opportunities they provide.
Monitor Affiliate channel activity, regularly delivering your analysis to the team and making data-driven decisions to ensure key KPIs are achieved.
Be responsible for assisting with budgeting and reporting for the Affiliate channel, including weekly pacing and monthly forecasts.Assist in setting up a new affiliate platform, and then own the ongoing operations of the platform, including but not limited to ensuring metrics and performance are properly tracked, commissions are appropriately paid, new creative is uploaded as required, and new affiliates are onboarded.
Collaborate with peers within the broader Campaign and Performance Marketing team on integrated campaign planning, and cross-channel investment strategy and execution.
Work with external vendors and agencies to manage channel resources and deliver on the goals of the business. Partner with analytics and agency teams to develop dashboards that track to core KPIs.Analyze data (revenue, CVR, CTR, site metrics, etc.) to track marketing effectiveness and recommend optimizations to shape current and future strategies.
Qualifications:
Required Work Experience:
Previous experience managing a large affiliate program at a direct-to-consumer brand, or held a position at an agency managing large affiliate programs focused on consumer brands Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact Radius, Partnerize, or CJ
Preferred Work Experience:
E-commerce background 3-5 years of relevant industry experience Physical and

Manage multiple priorities, adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of affiliate and direct response marketing Affiliate Marketing Platforms (e.g. Impact Radius, Partnerize, CJ)
