About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ASO strategies and related activities to improve organic impressions from app store searches across both iOS and Google Play Store
  • Perform app store audits, competitor analysis, and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure that app store metadata is optimized in line with best practices
  • Optimize the conversion of the store's presence, including leading the creative briefing process for both screenshots and videos and developing the marketing language to be featured in the various app store additional creative assets the creation of visual assets
  • Conduct research and analysis to optimize metadata, ensuring that the app ranks for organic app store search terms that are relevant and boast the highest search traffic volumes
  • Become key marketing stakeholder working across the product and tech teams to coordinate app submissions, delivering marketing assets according to deadline
  • Build relationships and become primary point of contact for platform review teams to ensure smooth approvals of app submissions
  • Manage and improve Apps ratings (ratings, reviews, storytelling, feedback channel, etc.) working across product and customer service teams
  • Coordinate the implementation of ASO recommendations and enhancement projects with marketing, product, site development and conversion optimization teams
  • Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on ASO organic performance for each Digital product and property, including keyword rankings, installs, downloads, and conversion rate
  • Guarantee that ASO strategies ladder up to larger mobile marketing activities across paid social, App Store Ads, Universal App Campaigns, and mobile publishing networks
  • Interpret key data through multiple analytics tools and deliver insightful analysis and recommendations
  • Knowledge concepting, executing, and reporting on A/B tests and other split test methods

Essential Functions

  • Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time

Qualifications

  • Expert understanding of app submission process and fluent in App Store Connect and Google Play Console backends
  • Preferred background in user acquisition and dataoriented experience in various analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Appsflyer
  • Excellent knowledge of app store tools, such as AppAnnie, Sensor TowerCreativity, AppTweak and eagerness for experimentation
  • Demonstrates an excess of attention to detail and meticulous organization skills
  • A sports enthusiast with a thorough understanding of all sports, both European and U.S.
  • An ability to remain focused and multitask, overseeing several different projects at any given time
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage timelines and priority of projects over several internal teams
  • Flexibility with working hours and the willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays in line with company requirements
  • Experience working in large organizations, coordinating and liaising with multiple departments and stakeholders involved in ASO activities
  • Good communication, analytics, project management, writing and organizational skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Excellent analytical, proactive and communication skills with the datadriven mindset
  • Organized, detailoriented and works well independently
  • Strong sense of intrinsic motivation and eagerness to learn

Licensing Requirements
As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies.

Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment.
