YOUR TASKS:


  • Consultation and support of new and existing customers
  • Disposition and picking of goods
  • Presentation of our products in the specialist market
  • Support of sales representatives in the field
  • Order processing, ordering goods from suppliers, price inquiries, calculations and quotations, as well as quotation tracking
  • Administrative office tasks

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or similar qualification
  • Professional experience in the building materials industry (building materials trade, DIY store, paint trade) or the building materials industry is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office is advantageous
  • Good understanding of commercial processes
  • High level of teamwork, reliability, commitment, and initiative
  • Flexibility, resilience, and independent work style
  • Negotiation skills and communication skills
