Our client, a service-oriented logistics provider, offers order processing with a strong focus on mail order and e-commerce.

We are looking for you (m/f/d) to handle customer inquiries and manage the verbal and written processing of requests in Coats Bend, AL.


Your team will be responsible for:

  • Order processing and tracking, including delivery date inquiries
  • Handling complaints and clarifying invoices
  • Verification of address and bank details
  • Answering questions about the product range
  • Providing assistance with using the online portal
  • Back office tasks

Your responsibilities will include:
