THE ROLE & THE TEAM:


As a Junior Finance Controller at Zalando Studios Content Solutions, you will support our business unit's financial steering in close collaboration with your team.

You will contribute to ensuring financial data accuracy, supporting internal processes, and conducting analysis.


WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING):

  • You will support and execute month-end closing process activities according to established deadlines and procedures.
  • You will analyze financial data and variance reports to identify discrepancies and investigate root causes, working with crossfunctional teams to gather necessary information and resolve issues.
  • You will work effectively within your team, managing your time and priorities.
  • You will help identify potential automations within current financial processes and support their standardization, as well as collaborate in the implementation of new digital solutions.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF:

  • You have a degree (Bachelor, Master) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in finance roles.
  • You have a proactive mindset, are handson, and have a strong desire to continuously learn and improve. You are able to solve problems quickly and in a structured manner.
  • You are an advanced user of Google products, such as Sheets and Docs. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
