    About the role
    Evergreen seeks a hands-on and analytical professional to spearhead our performance marketing efforts.

    This pivotal role will demand both strategic vision and a "roll up your sleeves" mentality as you architect comprehensive strategies across paid search, paid social, programmatic display/native, CTV, and emerging biddable channels.

    Your deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value will drive a powerful marketing engine, balancing aggressive performance targets with brand-building objectives.

    What you'll do
    Shape and

    Own Biddable Media Strategy:
    Develop and execute data-driven media investment plans aligned to aggressive customer growth targets.

    Build Foundations and Scale:


    Drive in-platform execution during our program's foundational phase, with clear objectives to build and quickly scale your team towards an in-house model.


    Collaborate Strategically:
    Manage agency relationships (as needed), ensuring tight synchronization with workloads and prioritization.

    Channel Expansion:
    Proactively identify and rigorously test new biddable platforms and tactics to continuously expand reach and improve targeting.

    Cross-functional Impact:


    Partner with creative, product, and engineering teams to drive high-impact A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and the entire customer journey experience.


    Analyze, Iterate, Optimize:
    Extract actionable insights from campaign data to guide rapid improvements and maximize ROI.

    AI:
    Research and identify the latest developments in generative AI and implement solutions to improve marketing performance (media & creative)

    Bidding:
    Willing to take on technical projects focused on custom bidding, machine learning, and working/learning in cloud environments with support from the manager

    Analytics:
    Develop incrementality testing roadmaps, conduct channel-level lift tests, match market testing, and help build a data-first practice.
    Qualifications

    Proven Track Record:

    5+ years in hands-on performance marketing roles demonstrating increasing responsibility. Your focus has been on paid search, YouTube, and programmatic media; paid social experience is highly preferred.

    Platform Mastery:


    Command of essential bid management tools, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, DV360, Meta, The Trade Desk, Campaign Manager, and Tag Manager.

    Experience with and Meta Ads Manager is a strong plus.

    Data-Driven Mindset:
    Passionate about analysis, identifying actionable insights, and committed to continuous improvement.

    Collaborative & Adaptable:
    Thrive in dynamic DTC environments, excelling at cross-team collaboration to achieve ambitious goals.
