This is an onsite role in Medley, FL. May be eligible for relocation benefits.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Responsible P&L of the project to ensure that profitability targets are met and manages metrics to ensure high customer affinity.
  • Reviewing and presents plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the program(s).
  • Monitors valuestream strategy, progress and results to ensure that metrics and goals are achieved.
  • Drives strategic planning efforts including technology programs.
  • Guides continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Identifies and responds to product line problems and leads solutions, such as allocation of resources, changing yield or OTD issues, and leading responses to customer action items.
  • Develops new business growth strategies to increase profitability and/or market share of the organization.
  • Directs all product life cycle phases from inception through completion.
  • Interfaces with program VSLs for project specifications to ensure successful completion.
  • Supports proposals, business plans, budgets and contracts for programs.

Qualifications/ Experience Needed:


  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Business knowledge, general management and leadership capability to lead business or functional teams.
  • Excellent communications and team building skills; able to effectively create and share a vision across a broad IPT.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with customers to achieve enterprise commitments while improving customer satisfaction and addressing program opportunities/risks.
  • Ability to lead highly complex teams with matrixed responsibilities.
  • SAP business system experience.
  • Industry certifications such as ACE / Six Sigma / LEAN / Project Management PMP.

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program.

The Re-Empower Program helps support talented and committed professionals as they rebuild their capabilities, enhance leadership skills, and continue their professional journey.

Over the course of the 14-week program, experienced professionals will gain paid, on-the-job experience, have an opportunity to participate in sessions with leadership, develop personalized plans for success and receive coaching to guide their return-to-work experience.

Upon completion of the program, based on performance and contributions participants will be eligible for a career at RTX.
