Duties:


  • Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of the Marketing Program as directed; answers phone, operates computer, color printers, delivers supplies as directed to Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) activities.
  • Designs marketing collateral to include brochures, flyers, posters and other media sources.
  • Operates print shop equipment such as printers, digital duplicator, folder, stapler, cutter, laminator and poster printer.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Must be able to work during the hours of operation, Monday
  • Friday. Work hours are negotiable.

Qualifications:


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, Photoshop and InDesign. Good public speaking skills and understanding of the local culture and the local entertainment and tourism industry. Must have a good understanding of Social Media and e-marketing.

  • Experience in Adobe CS4, Illustrator and Dreamweaver.

PCS Costs

  • Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.

Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials

  • This is a paybanded position.
  • Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
    _If authorized, only regular (fulltime, parttime, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay._ When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of nonovertime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of nonovertime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
  • Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of nonovertime work performed between
