Salary:
Pay grade 4 TVöD

In the collective bargaining agreement, the salary will be based on TVöD-VKA, subject to meeting personal classification requirements.

The position can also be filled with complementary part-time employees.


Responsibilities:

  • Performing simple manual tasks, minor repairs, and touchup work
  • Conducting recurring maintenance and cleaning tasks
  • Assisting with event setup (e.g. fair, Christmas market)
  • Shift work, winter service
  • Operating cleaning and sweeping machines
  • Painting interior walls, windows, and doors
  • Renovation and restoration work

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a manual trade, such as painting, masonry, or metal and woodwork
  • Desirable: experience in property management or as a caretaker
  • Driver's license class B
  • Independent work ethic
