    Position Overview: As an HR Coordinator at our company, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our human resources department. You will be responsible for various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, payroll processing, policy development, and employee relations. We are looking for a dedicated professional with previous HR experience, expertise in ADP Workforce Now payroll system, and a willingness to contribute to the development of our company's policies and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
    • Process payroll accurately and timely using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, including benefits administration, leave management, and disciplinary actions.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, timekeeping, and attendance records.
    • Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
    • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with company policies, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
    • Stay informed about changes in HR laws and regulations and recommend necessary updates to policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Previous experience working in a human resources role, preferably in the construction industry.
    • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now payroll system is required.
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
    • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
