- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Process payroll accurately and timely using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, including benefits administration, leave management, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, timekeeping, and attendance records.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with company policies, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in HR laws and regulations and recommend necessary updates to policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience working in a human resources role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now payroll system is required.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
