    The ideal candidate for this position must be highly reliable, organized, proactive, and an excellent team player. Essential qualities include strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a focus on accountability for tasks and projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prioritize and manage multiple duties and projects simultaneously, following through in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Oversee various tasks related to recruitment, from posting positions and screening interviews to managing travel schedules and coordinating interviews.
    • Act as the main contact for employee travel inquiries and new hire accounts.
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the talent acquisition process, ensuring clear communication with all parties involved.
    • Manage New Hire Orientation logistics, including scheduling, IT setup, paperwork collection, and other onboarding tasks.
    • Assist in distributing training materials and organizing e-learning courses for new hires.
    • Track hours and invoices for contingent workers, maintaining accurate records in collaboration with Accounting.
    • Standardize Job Descriptions and maintain personnel files, supporting HR Generalists and Managers as needed.
    • Coordinate executive travel arrangements, manage schedules, and assist with document processing.
    • Handle incoming HR mail and office supplies, maintaining inventory levels and ensuring a well-stocked supply room.
    • Update and organize personnel files, conduct audits, and assist with various HR projects.
    • Organize meetings, events, and maintain vendor contacts for reference.
    • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard employee data, updating the HR Calendar regularly.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of office experience, with at least 2 years in the HR department.
    • Demonstrated job-related experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Able to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
    • Intermediate-level experience in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
