Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Assist with screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings
  • Assist with job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and desired qualifications
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Assist with organizing recruitment events and job fairs

Qualifications:

  • Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems is a plus
