Description
Overview and Essential Functions A successful Field Billing Manager shall maintain and monitor billing operations across an array of projects to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
Organize and develop the materials/labor units from new Purchase Orders into a job/contract for our billing system. Manage lien waivers and Exhibit B's of sub contractors. Oversee redline/as built's processes. Shall assist in any training surrounding billing processes for project managers and supervisors.At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of general office functions; proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software with emphasis on Microsoft and/or Google; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.
In order to perform this job, you must demonstrate, either by training or experience:the ability to work safely, with or without supervision the ability to read understand, interpret, input, and analyze data with a high degree of accuracy and completeness excellent manual dexterity the ability to follow instructions and communicate verbally and in writing the ability to communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed the ability to work seated at a table for extended periods Responsibilities: Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees and supervisors of an assigned area, department, or project(s).
Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Develop processes to ensure completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project(s). Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project(s). Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5 years of related work experience. Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
