- Assist in the planning of department events such as offsites, all-hands meetings, focus groups and tiger teams
- Attend department-level leadership meetings; capture accurate, detailed minute and actions; distribute to appropriate personnel following meetings
- Develop templates that will be distributed to divisions in preparation for high-profile meetings such as quarterly program reviews.
- Assist with ad hoc Chief of Staff tasks, actions and projects.
- Peer review front office team products for accuracy, formatting, messaging, and professionalism
- Edit SharePoint sites to aid in department communication initiatives
