CGI Federal is hiring a Quality Analyst SME to work with a skilled and motivated team of professionals on a high-visibility Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) cyber security program.

You will support a dynamic, fast-paced project focused on improving the cyber security posture of civilian government agencies through the implementation and enhancement of a cybersecurity platform, providing integration services, and developing, securing and maintaining cybersecurity dashboards.

You will work closely with a variety of agency stakeholders, supporting their mission, priorities, organization and unique challenges. You will also support the development of additional cyber security offerings focused on next generation security solutions and technologies.

This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

You will be required to be in our Fairfax, VA office two days per week.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Establish and implement quality assurance activities and procedures in conformance with contractual requirements
  • Responsible for risk/issue management with the team and report out to client
  • Evaluate, analyze and report on system process results through audits and KPIs to identify performance trends and opportunities to support the achievement of objectives
  • Responsible for the draft and final baseline of the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and providing inputs to the monthly and quarterly reports
  • Publish and maintain documentation and artifacts on ServiceNow portal and SharePoint
  • Collaborate closely across the multifunctional team (Cyber Architects, governance and training leads, agency Service Delivery Managers) to ensure quality, consistency and effectiveness of published materials.
  • Assist with the development of documentation templates and process documents to ensure consistent presentation of details
  • Monitor the timeline for all project written deliverables and ensure ontime submission
  • Review written deliverables prepared by project staff members for quality assurance
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • 8+ years of experience implementing quality assurance activities and procedures and preparing Quality Control Plans (QCP), Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) and Quality Management Plans (QMP)
  • Experience assessing project deliverable quality
  • Experience delivering project deliverables on schedule
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and project management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project and Visio
  • Experience supporting quality requirements on a federal contract
  • Experience generating or evaluating metrics from ServiceNow
  • Experience with CISA's Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications.

To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $85, $209,100.00.
