CGI Federal is hiring a Reporting Analyst - SME to work with a skilled and motivated team of professionals on a high-visibility Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) cyber security program.

You will support a dynamic, fast-paced project focused on improving the cyber security posture of civilian government agencies through the implementation and enhancement of a cybersecurity platform, providing integration services, and developing, securing and maintaining cybersecurity dashboards.

You will work closely with a variety of agency stakeholders, supporting their mission, priorities, organization and unique challenges. You will also support the development of additional cyber security offerings focused on next generation security solutions and technologies.

This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

You will be required to be in our Fairfax, VA office two days per week.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Prepare data, metrics, and briefing materials in various formats for weekly and monthly reporting
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, gathering input from multiple team members
  • Supports senior managers in creating quarterly progress review (IPR) agenda, materials and meeting report
  • Supports a variety of technical and nontechnical meetings by drafting agendas and documenting meeting minutes
  • Analyze program data and information to identify better ways to conduct business and create reports
  • May serve as primary or backup for the clearance process, documentation, data management, reporting and/or serve as the liaison to the Client Security POC
  • Support program management with meetings, scheduling and taking minutes
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • 8+ years of experience in preparing data, metrics and briefing materials for client reporting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to work to multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Intermediate to expert skills using MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Experience using SharePoint for document collaboration and reporting
  • Attention to detail coupled with effective analytical and problemsolving aptitude
  • Prior experience in information technology projects, particular cyber or cloud related
  • Experience creating graphics and charts in Visio other graphics software
  • Experience with ServiceNow reporting
  • Experience with SharePoint/Ensemble

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications.

To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $85, $209,100.00.
