Job Overview for Human Resources Specialist:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team.

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.

Responsibilities for Human Resources Specialist:

Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and uptodate employee data
Assist with payroll processing, including reviewing timesheets, calculating hours worked, and addressing any payrollrelated inquiries
Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Participate in project management activities related to HR initiatives, such as performance management system implementation or policy updates
Provide support in various areas of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and offboarding

Requirements for Human Resources Specialist:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience working with HRIS systems
Experience in training development and delivery
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Solid understanding of human resources principles and practices
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
